Well this week was nowhere near as exciting as last week.
First to answer some questions. We don´t cook. We have a cook and she washes our clothes. My shoes are fine I should be good for now. I still haven´t received a package, but expect to get one this change. I have received letters. 1 from Stake Pres. and from grandma and the Brooks. Thank you all very much. Sidney I got your email. Thank you for writing and that's awesome about school. I hope you do well and study hard. Say hi to the gang for me. The food down here is good but nothing like origonal tj mex. They have tortillas filled with refried beans and cheese. Those are called papusas. Then its mostly beans and rice and more beans and bread. If you think its bland... its not. They put like 3 cups of salt in everything.
As far as church goes, the missionaries run the ward pretty much. We are starting things all over again and building things from the ground up. New leaders and programs. It really gives me an appreciation for bishops and their callings. We had our first mutual last Saturday. It was fun and we had the youth plan the next weeks activity.
Other than that, not much has happend. Just changes this week. I am with my same companion again. I think I might be here for six months. Thats the max amount of time you can be in one area.
Well, take care. Pray always and read the scriptures. Its key to do these things. If you keep the comandments the rest will fall in line.
