Well I don´t know if it gets any crazier than this week. It all started off with zone leader exchanges. I went to my leaders area and taught with them for a day and they asked questions about me and my district. Then on the way home I met up with my companion and we took a bus.
I was debating whether or not to tell you about this next part then I figured you should know about my situtation. We were standing on this overly crowded bus at the very front just in the door, when it made a stop and a bunch of people got off. So there were seats to use and we took them. 10 minutes later my comp. asked me what time it was and just as I looked down I heard a loud crash. It felt like a tire exploded. During the noise I fell to Come to find out we hit a pickup truck. We were doing about mph when we hit. We hit on the drivers side and it took the two front wheels out and left some scratches on the side.
My hands get shaky just talking about it. I am fine my companion too. No scratches. The scariest thing is we were standing at the very spot where we would have been hit but moved to the back minutes before the crash. Thank you so much for your prayers, I know the Lord watches and protects his servents. Thanks to all of your prayers. On the way home we hitchhiked with a pickup. My companion and I had no words. Just thinking it was a miracle to be alive.
Two days later we had a zone conference again and I had an interview with the mission president. It turns out now I am second councilor in the branch. It's the same as being second councilor in the ward. So my life is super busy right now. We have family home evening every Thurs. at 6. Every Saturday is mutual YM/YW at 3. I am not going to lie... being busy is not a bad thing it keeps you distracted. This branch needs good leaders and motivation and I hope I can bring both. We have about 50 come to church every week and if we can get 60 they will give us a building and turn it into a stake.
Well thats the bare bones of whats been going on. There is some much I just don´t know where to start.
I love you all and enjoy reading your emails. Thank you so much.
