Last Day of School

Today marks the last day of school for Logan and Reid, which means several things for the boys. First of all, for Logan it means no more early morning wake ups. No more talking Dad out of a "few bucks for lunch". No more crowded classrooms. What it does mean for him is "job time", no summer-long t.v. watching and limited tanning by the pool. For Reid it also means no more early morning wake ups. No more collecting lose change from the change jar for lunch. No more battling with other students in the halls just to get to class. For him, it means summer reading, merit badges, campouts, swimming and service work for Grandma. Now, you might wonder, "What about Alex?" Alex will be joining the true working class of America and working everyday. He will be taking a trip to California with a friend (on his own). He will be preparing for his mission and also for community college courses in the fall. Mom and Dad? Easy. Work, family vacation, days at lake, trip to Universal Studios and making sure boys don't kill each other from "summer bonding". Can we do all this in three months? I hope so...
