Thanks so mucho for the letter. First, to answer your questions, antes I forget. Well, I did get the package. I enjoyed it and my companion did too. Thank you so much for the Reses PB Cups. You can't find them here and just one makes life all better. It's great. To me, it's a miracle candy. Please excuse my spelling, I can't write right now. I am stuck in between Spanish and Ingles.
To talk about a super awesome day I had yesterday. I was eating dinner, a taco at a taco shop and we were sitting at a table in the corner of the restuarant. A guy just walked up and was like, "I am looking for someone to talk too." So we invited him to have a seat and we just talked. He is from Virginia...a truck driver. I made a new friend last night. He spoke Ingles. Inevitably we got on the topic of religion and about God and how we all need him. In all the 14 months in the field, I have never taught in English. The only thing I remember was you have been called to El Salvador, San Salvador SPANISH SPEAKING MISSION. Well, my English was really bad! As a matter of fact, the whole time I would revert back to Spanish until he would say something in English. It was funny. We taught about the Restoration. When I gave my testimony of how I knew this Church is true, I started to cry, but my English became perfect again. It was awesome. We all felt the Spirit at that moment and afterwards I couldn't speak any language at all. I was all confused. He wants us to come back today so his girlfriend can listen to us too. He likes the Spirit and I think he will come to church this Sunday.
Well, I need to be short because I can't write in any language right now and I'm also out of time.
I love you all and hope to call soon about Christmas.
Love, Elder Proksch
