Get Off the Sidewalks!

This is your first and last warning...you might want to get off the sidewalks. Why? Well, Alex just got his driver's license and is on the roads! He passed his test with a 92%, which is actually pretty good for a teenage driver in Las Vegas and on top of that, he didn't run anyone over. As I looked over his test results, I noticed that one of the sections he's graded on is how nervous he may be. How unfair! I would have probably failed the test just in that section, alone...from inside the DMV. He is quite proud of himself and is naturally volunteering to drive anywhere a road goes to...the store, church...tutoring service...work...the mall...and even to his brother's school. Mom and Dad took a little of the excitement away when we reminded him of the "insurance" and "gas" factor. He seems to be recovering fairly well from the reality check. In all honesty, Alex really is a pretty good driver and we're hoping he doesn't acquire any of his parents bad driving habits anytime soon. Congrats Alex!
