Volcano of Spaghetti

Hola!

I need to change gears to English real quick. ha ha ha! Well, this last week I went to the temple, had a few dinner appointments that were really cool and a little crazy, but I loved it. By the way, I saw Sister Palmer at the temple. I have a picture that I am going to send. The temple is so pretty. The temple presentation video is so pretty, too. I really liked it because I got to see the Las Vegas temple in it. I can't really describe it, it's just amazing and to say, "Oh wow! I like it!" or "It's cool!" is just too much of an understatement.

Last night I also had a dinner appointment with a family that gave us a volcano of spaghetti. I ate the whole plate. ha ha ha! I feel so fat!

The work is going along great. The people here seem to come and contact us nowadays and not us to them. This morning I had to get a birth certificate from the alcade (I don't know how to translate that). I was just sitting there and a lady came up to me and we just started talking and I shared Lesson 1, just out of habit. That was amazing.

Yesterday I also gave a talk in church. I didn't know I had a 10 minute talk until about 10 minutes after sacrament meeting started. That was a little scary, but I pulled it off with lots of prayer and relating to experiences. I talked about what we all need to remember as we go through the gospel, like investigadors feel when they are searching and learning before they get baptized. It was great.

Well, I hope all is going well at home. I love the work and sometimes don't want to come home because it is so much fun. I truly can testify that the Lord protects his annointed. I love you all and have a great time. ok
